Proposed New Features

The Landscape Strategy would utilise larger, structural trees as well as smaller, decorative trees alongside a variety of wildlife friendly, decorative plant species, including evergreen, deciduous and herbaceous planting and locally native species to enhance both the appearance and setting of the proposed development and also the ecology and biodiversity of the scheme.

Open spaces within the development provide the opportunity for managing a variety of landscapes, including mown amenity areas and long grass wildflower habitat to encourage biodiversity.
